M2 Constructions’ central tenet in everything we do is quality. From picking up the phone or answering your emails, to site maintenance, staff care and training to the finished product of our building projects we constantly strive to maintain and improve upon best practice standards. The impact our work has on the community around it is also of no lesser importance to us.
However, we understand that it is not enough simply to claim that. We have objective validation of the quality standards we insist on maintaining through ISO accreditation certificates in Quality Management, Environmental Management and Council of Standards Australia accreditation in Health and Safety Management. This means that you can trust us when we say we are the Sydney builder who will not only ensure you are completely satisfied with our work but we will look after your community and our staff throughout that work.
Certification means that an independent certification body has audited our practices against the requirements of the standard. We want your choice of M2 Constructions as your builder to be a credit to you or your company or organisation!
Quality Management Standard - ISO 9001:2008
At M2 Constructions, our promise is that we always put our clients first. The ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard has a strong focus on the customer amongst its quality management principles. The standard is based on an approach of continual improvement and defines how we as a company can meet the requirements of our customers and other stakeholders affected by our work.
Environmental Management Standard - ISO 14001:2004
We strongly believe that our work for our customers includes additional stakeholders in the form of the local community and the wider environment. This ISO certification accredits the effectiveness of our environmental management system against an internationally agreed upon standard. It helps organisations improve their environmental performance through a more efficient use of resources and the reduction of waste through the identification, management, monitoring, and control of environmental issues in a holistic manner. There is again a focus on continual improvement.
Health & Safety Management Standard: AS/NZS 4801:2001
Health and safety, both with regard to our own staff and any external parties in or around our building sites are of paramount importance to us at all times. The AS/NZS 4801 standard sets auditable criteria for an occupational health and safety management system. Constant implementation of hazard, risk assessment, and preventative measures are central to this certification and are regularly audited by external third parties.
